Description: In 2008, The Muskegon conservation district kicked off an exciting partnership with Muskegon County’s largest employer, Alcoa Howmet, to transform and expensive and high-maintenance traditional lawn at its Thermatech facility in Whitehall into a beautiful enivronmentally-friendly natural landscape.
